Blue Elk District Camporee

The Blue Elk District Camporee will be on Friday September 5 to Sunday September 7, 2025 at the American Legion Farm in Blue Springs, MO

This year's camporee will feature The "Triple C" Cooking Championship along with fun outdoor games and activities.  Health form A&B are required for all youth and adults. The fee will be $10 each youth and adult.

Cub Scout Family Campout

The next Cub Campout will be on Oct. 10-11, 2025 at the American Legion Farm

Our Cub Scout Family Campout is a great way for Scouts and their families to explore the great outdoors. This overnight campout will feature games and activities designed for the entire family. Open to Cub Scouts and their families from Blue Elk & Three Trails Districts, $13 per person.

All participants must complete parts A&B of the BSA Health Form.

2026 Blue Elk Klondike

The 2026 Klondike Derby will be on January 16-17 at the American Legion Farm in Blue Springs, MO.  Klondike is a district event in which Scouts participate in a winter skills competition.  Some of the activities will be first aid, archery, BB guns, tomahawks, survival shelter, knots, and more fun challenges.

2026 Blue Elk District Dinner

The Blue Elk District Dinner has been postponed to February 21

The Blue Elk District Dinner will be on February 21, 2026, at the Elks Lodge in Blue Springs, MO.  There will be a reception for the 2025 Silver Beaver awards at 4:30 PM.  Dinner seating starts a 5:30pm.  Dinner will start at 6:00pm. Awards program starts at 7:00pm The District Award of Merit, Scouter Spirit, and Silent Service Awards will be presented at the dinner.  Eagle Scouts who attend, will receive a special gift from the Commissioner Core.
