NT Eagle Project Proposal Checklist NT Eagle Application and Project Write-Up and Suggestions HOAC Eagle Scout Resource Page The Northern Tier District is proud of the many Eagle Scouts that come out of all our troops throughout the year. Annually, more than 60 boys earn the Eagle Scout Award in our district. To earn this prestigious honor, a boy must complete several different requirements, including passing an Eagle Board of Review. The Northern Tier District holds it Eagle Scout Boards of Review on the third Thursday of each month at the LDS Church at 7845 Allman. Merit Badge Counselors Merit Badges offer boys several avenues to explore interests, hobbies and possible career paths. They are administered by trained and qualified adult counselors called Merit Badge Counselors. This training is held, by Eric McIntyre, our district Advancement Chair, at our monthly Rountable Meetings. For resources on Merit Badge Counselors, click the links below: To become a Merit Badge Counselor you must attend a training session and fill out a Merit Badge Counselor Application Roundtable is held the first Thursday of each month at the OP LDS Church located at 7100 Hadley in Overland Park. Roundtable begins at 7pm and there is no pre-registration or cost to attend this training.
