If you are ever dissatisfied with a merchandise purchase, you may return or exchange the item at our Camp Naish store or by mail (please see below).
To return an item:
1. Include a copy of your invoice with your return. If you cannot send a copy, please include your order number.
2. Specify whether you want a return or exchange.
3. For an exchange, please indicate which new product you want by providing the item number located on the item's product information page. Include color and size selection if applicable.
4. Insure your package and mail or ship via UPS to:
