Red-Tailed Hawk District

Serving Southern Johnson County, Kansas between Interstate 35 and Highway 69, including the cities and towns of Olathe, Overland Park, Stanley, and Spring Hill. _________________________________________________________________________________________

Activities

The Red-Tailed Hawk District and all of it's terriffic adult volunteers put on a number of tremendous events for the Scouts in Southern Johnson County. These events are Merit Badge Forum, District Pinewood Derby, District Adult and Eagle Recognition Dinner, Webelos Woods, Cub Scout Day Camp, Cub Scout Family Campout, and Fall Camporee. Membership

Youth membership is the Life Blood of the Boy Scouts of America. The only way to maintain a healthy membership is to provide  top quality District Activities, promote the importance of Summer Camp, and provide the best Training available to every registered Adult Leader. Training

 

Popcorn season is right around the corner!  Units that are selling need to have designated a unit popcorn kernel and send him/her to training.  Visit our training page for more information!

Every youth member in the Red-Tailed Hawk District deserves a trained leader. Whether you are brand new to Scouting, you have just taken on a new position with your unit, or you just want to update your knowledge in your current position, click here.
