Youth membership is the lifeblood of our organization. Without youth members, we have no reason to exist.
The Boy Scouts of America operates through local councils such as the Heart of America Council. The Council in turn has the responsibility to work with community organizations who are chartered to provide the Scouting program.
These pages are designed to support our membership efforts, and provide resources for our chartered organizations, or organizations who wish to be chartered so they can use the Scouting program.
